Mr. Franklin Owusu Ansah serves as the General Secretary of the Health Services Workers' Union, representing organized labor interests in Ghana's health sector. He has a robust background in Trade Union Administration and Development. He holds a MSc in Pensions Management from University of Professional Studies, and Master of Arts in Labour Policies and Globalisation from University of Kassel, Germany.
