Mrs. Mona Quartey is a financial economist with experience in public finance management, economic policy formulation, Treasury, Risk Management and Corporate Finance. She was a Deputy Minister of Finance and Economic Planning under President Mahama’s first term. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Development Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) from Dalhousie University, Canada
