Dr. Emmanuel Carsamer, representing the Western North Region is an Associate Professor of Banking and Development Finance in Economics at the University of Education, Winneba and the Principal for Wiawso College of Education.  His research interests include economics, banking, and finance.
He earned his Ph.D. in Development Economics from the National Institute of Development Administration in Bangkok and an M.Phil. in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is also a researcher with African Economic Research Consortium, Kenya.
