Mr. Bernard Bagyepu Jagri is a social scientist representing the Northern Region. He holds an M.Phil., M.Ed. and B. Ed in Mathematics. He is a Senior Tutor and Head of Department at the St. Vincent College of Education in Yendi and has contributed immensely to research and policy development in social sciences.
