Dr. Elikplim Kwabla Apetorgbor is an energy economist and the Chief Executive Officer of the Independent Power Generators, Ghana. He holds a Doctor of Business Strategy and Leadership from the Swiss Business School and multiple master's degrees in Energy Law, Energy Economics, Energy and Sustainable Management, Finance Development and Applied Business Research.
He represents the Volta Region and has advocated for reforms in Ghana's energy sector to enhance efficiency and sustainability
