Hon. Dr. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey is a Ghanaian politician and advocate for social justice, currently serving as the Minister for Gender, Children, and Social Protection. She holds a PhD from the University of Ghana, a Master of Philosophy from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and a Master of Arts from the University of Cape Coast. 

Dr. Lartey has a strong background in organizational and system development, having studied at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, USA. Her commitment to grassroots mobilization and community development has been a hallmark of her career.
