Mr. Alfred Kwasi Opoku holds a M.A and M. Phil in Demography (Legon, 1990), Results-Based M&E, (Cert. GIMPA 2008), Governance in Urban Sanitation (Cert. UNITAR 2010) and BSc in Development Planning (KNUST, 1981). He has worked as a Project Monitor/Technical Advisor to EU Micro projects with BIRD (KNUST, Kumasi) and Research Fellow, Land Administration Research Center (KNUST, Kumasi). He is now the Director of JEAVCO Associates Ltd, a Project Management Consulting Embassy, Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development (Ghana) and has also worked in partnership with University of Greenwich (UK) and IMC Worldwide (UK).

Mr. Opoku is a Fellow and the President of Ghana Institute of Planners, Member of the Commonwealth Association of Planners and Union of African Population Studies (UAPS).
