Prof. Justice Bawole is a Professor of Public Administration and Management at the Department of Public Administration and Health Services Management and the Dean, University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), Legon. He obtained a Ph.D. in Development Policy and Management from the Global Development Institute, University of Manchester, UK. He also holds MPhil. (Public Administration with a dissertation on the environment-poverty nexus), BSc. Administration (Public Administration) and Diploma in Public Administration degrees from the University of Ghana Business School.
He has served for two terms as Head of the Department of Public Administration and Health Services Management. He served as Chair of the UGBS School Management Committee. He has chaired and co-chaired high-level consulting assignments, workshops, and technical committees and platforms including the recent technical committee to revise the National Public Sector Reform Strategy for Ghana.
