Charles Tettey Esq was born on 30th September 1968. He is a Barrister and a Solicitor of the superior courts of Judicature, Ghana. He is a founder and principal at Sedi Legal Bureau, an investment, corporate, commercial and general services law firm based in Accra. Prior to setting up Sedi Legal Bureau, Charles was a senior associate of the firm of Awoonor Law Consultancy, a firm of corporate and investment lawyers heading the Debt Recovery and Litigation and Property Law practice of the firm. Tettey Esq. has also served on the national board of Ghana’s Land Commission and was the Volta Regional Chairman of the Commission. He graduated from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree. He was then admitted to the Ghana Bar, and after his studies at the Ghana Law School, he took a course in the basic and advanced securities at the Ghana Stock Exchange.
With the west African Gas Pipeline Project, Tettey Esq. served as an Assistant to the Principal of the firm who is Ghanaian counsel to the Commercial Group of the WAGP project providing legal opinion on various aspects of the project, particularly on the establishment of the Harmonised Regime for the Construction and operation of the project in the four-member country of Ghana, Togo, Benin and Nigeria
