Mr. Wilson Arthur is a respected leader and Entrepreneur, a Chartered Marketer with an Executive Master’s degree in Public Administration. Other positions he held  previously include the immediate District Chief Executive of Wassa East District and Dean of Metropolitan Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) in Western Region, Chairman of Western Region Sports Committee, Chairman of Ghana Football Association Cup Competition Committee, Club President of Skyy FC and Board Chairman of Wilsad Support Ltd. He is currently the Chair, GFA FA Cup Committee, led the strategy and pushed the concept of the enhanced experiential value of FA Cup matches.

Mr. Wilson Arthur obtained an Executive Masters in Public Administration from South Bank University, UK, 2013-2015, Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM & MCIMG), and a BSc. Agricultural Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon.
