Mr. Victor Obeng-Adiyiah is currently the Managing Director of Unique Insurance Company Limited. He led a team as Managing Director in June 2013 to restructure and turn around Unique Insurance Company (UIC) from the loss of GHC2.2m in 2012 to a profit of GHS2.5m in 2019, moving staff productivity from GHS75,000 per annum in 2013 to GHS 342,000 per annum in 2019. He was formerly the General Manager of Phoenix Life Assurance Company Limited.

He holds an Insurance Foundation Certificate from the West African Insurance Institute (WAII) as well as a Senior Manager’s Post-Graduate Certificate in Marketing by CIMG and he is a Barrister-at-Law (Ghana School of Law). He also holds a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Ghana Insurance College (GIC).
